Line Cook - $13-15/hour
We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery.
An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be reliable in moving around the kitchen and great at multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques are also important.
The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Cook food in various utensils, grillers or fryers
- Check food while cooking to stir or turn
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and advise appropriate staff when there are shortages
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- Open availability is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage

Dishwasher - $11/hour
Position Summary
The Dishwasher cleans and maintains all dishware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and related smallware in the kitchen and restaurant. The position is responsible for the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen, including the emptying of all trash, keeping floors, prep tables, and storage areas clean and organized.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
- Load and unload dishwashing machine.
- Wash specific items by hand, i.e., wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china.
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
- Maintain a proper supply of clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
- Remove garbage regularly.

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Expeditor with responsibilities that include:
- Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
- Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
- Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen
- Full-time, including all shifts

Food Server Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow all instructions from expeditor.
- Sort and organize incoming food tickets.
- Ensure each food ticket item is communicated to correct chef.
- Maintain orders according to each table and food ticket.
- Ensure each order is prepared to the restaurants and guest’s specifications.
- Garnish and prepare dishes for presentation as needed.
- Promptly deliver each course as it is prepared to the correct table and in order.

- Place and replace silverware as needed.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Golf Ball Picker. The primary responsibility of this role is to collect golf balls from the driving range and other areas of the golf course. This position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our golf facilities and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Operate golf balls picking machinery and equipment to collect golf balls from the driving range.
- Manually collect golf balls from areas where machinery cannot reach.
- Clean and maintain golf ball picking equipment.
- Ensure collected golf balls are cleaned and sorted for reuse.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on golf gall picking machinery.
- Assist with other Pro Shop maintenance tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualification:
